3 ways to stay hydrated naturally!

1. Drink Coconut water which is full of natural electrolytes; sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. When you sweat you mainly lose Sodium this way the coconut water will replenish the lost Sodium. 

2. The  Hydration tabs if you or your children are active outdoors or playing sports. 

2. Monitor your fluid intake, general rule of thumb you should drink 8 glasses of water however remember when its very hot outside your body is losing more fluid so you will have to increase your fluid intake to stay hydrated.
